As April draws to a close, I allow myself to begin holding space for possibilities and intentions in May. One of the ways I do this is by participating in a community project by creative Alauna Whelan. Launched last year, May Magick, is an opportunity to take moments for "daily pause and connection."
In prompts offered throughout the month, you're encouraged to express your creativity as well as your gratitude for your day-to-day blessings. Inspiration may be taken from the shared submissions of women asked to contribute their interpretation of a prompt. Grateful to have been invited again this year as one of those women, I will be offering my perspective of "roots," the word for May 23rd.
